Whatever style of music you are requiring our team of composers are able to create music that is written according to your brief. From a classical sound to an R+B feel in stereo or 5.1 surround we can supply this at a sensible budget.

With two identical studios we can offer a fast cost effective, high quality production. Our live room is home to a grand piano and drum kit meaning we can offer live recordings when needed.

Each Studio has been acoustically designed to ensure the highest quality in recording. This, combined with our talented team of sound engineers and producers means we can guarantee the best results with every attention being paid to the project in hand.

Sound Fx

Pit Stop has worked on many computer and television productions supplying unique sound effects.

We understand how this area of audio production works and how it is implemented into the media it is created for.

For certain games Pit Stop is using the Unreal engine to implement audio. We have had vast experience in location recording providing sound for a whole variety of game genres including; engine recording and warfare games.

Over the years Pit Stop has built up an impressive library of sound effects. We provide a high quality, sensibly priced service, presented in any format necessary.


Sound Editing

Pit Stop offers a fast cost efficient solution to sound editing and labelling. This process is mainly used in games. Pre-recorded Script/ sound effects are cut labelled and normalised ready to go into game. We have a stringent system for checking this process providing a hassle free efficient service to our clients.

In situations where a high volume of work has to be edited and labelled in a short amount of time we have a support network that ensures we do deliver on time. Clients who are working to tight deadlines have called upon this process on many occasions.


Voice Actors

Pit Stop offers a wide range of voice talents.  We regularly audition and interview new voice talent, and have an extensive roster of talent that we use on a project by project basis.

The success however in delivering high quality voice over production is down to the direction and experience of our production team.

Before we offer demos of suitable voices for your project we make sure we are clear about what you, the client are expecting and what you are wanting to achieve from the project.

Once this has been defined and understood we then go to work on either writing your script or ensuring we are interpreting it to your brief.

As soon as we have agreed on the correct voices we implement a process of read through, rehearsal and then the recording. The entirety of our sessions are recorded and backed up, meaning for each line there are many takes providing a system whereby the recording can be tweaked where necessary.

Pit Stop uses the best quality microphones and pre-amps for its recordings ensuring a broadcast standard production.


Localisation

Pit Stop offers localisation services in most languages. This service is based upon us sourcing the voice and translation skills of personnel who are native to that country.
By doing this we ensure there are no translation issues in the final product.

Pit Stop has a vast directory of such talent and we are constantly updating our lists. As well as this we have strong links with international studios for those bespoke projects where it makes economic sense to be in that particular country.
