PA to Senior Leadership Team
PitStop Productions is looking to recruit a dynamic and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity to support PitStop’s industry-leading video game audio services, as part of the Operations team in a key supporting role.
You will be working alongside a team of 75+ passionate creatives based in South Yorkshire and London, across the Voice, Sound Design, Music and Visual departments who are working on a huge range of video game titles, worldwide, from Indie to AAA, with its clients including Sony, Larian, Epic Games, Electronic Arts, Codemasters and Sega. We’re looking for individuals who would thrive in this creative environment and contribute to the team.
This exciting opportunity would suit someone who is passionate about working in the videogames industry, self-motivated and enjoys a challenge. There will be potential to develop the role as the business continues to grow, and implement new techniques and processes to really make the role their own. The successful candidate will receive a full handover and ongoing support whilst learning the role.

Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant support to the Senior Leadership Team.
To produce/prepare documentation and communications in a variety of formats including Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint and other reports including confidential material.
Transcription of dictated correspondence.
Provide practical support on longer term/project based tasks.
Liaising with clients and external organisations on behalf of the SLT in a professional and approachable manner.
Calendar management support.
Screening of meeting requests and prioritisation according to SLT’s focus.
Travel and accommodation organisation (local and international) and preparation of travel itineraries.
Plan and prepare for local and international conferences and events.
Liaising with the BizDev team to organise client meets alongside travel itineraries.
Assist in the planning and organisation of team events and celebrations.
Plan and attend internal meetings and take notes.
Ad-hoc purchasing on behalf of the SLT.
Ad-hoc support with personal tasks.
Provide occasional admin and creative support for the Operations team.
Miscellaneous support with Office Management tasks.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and equivalent tools.
Proficient with collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Zoom).
Confident in setting up virtual meetings and managing shared documents.

Managing shifting priorities calmly and efficiently.
Business Awareness:
Understanding of the organisation’s strategy and objectives.
Aligning support to the goals of the SLT and business priorities.
Desirable skills and abilities:
Previous PA experience would be advantageous.
Confident in the use of social media for promotional posts and message management.
Video/photo editing skills.
Knowledge of Canva or other creative softwares used to create promotional material would be advantageous.
Experience of international travel bookings.

Full driving licence and vehicle desirable.

Details:
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: 9.30 - 6pm Monday to Friday, with a one hour unpaid lunch break. Some occasional flexibility may be required.
Location: Dodworth, Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
